Clinical Therapy & Consultation: Deliver expert-level psychological services, including individual, couples, or family therapy, in accordance with your professional scope and expertise. Services can be provided in-person at your Toronto office or via our secure, PHIPA-compliant telehealth platform.

Maintain precise, confidential, and timely client records in full compliance with the standards of the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) or the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), as well as provincial (PHIPA) and federal privacy laws.

Ethical & Legal Adherence: Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, strictly adhering to the code of ethics and standards of practice set forth by your respective Ontario regulatory college (CPO or CRPO).

Professionally manage all aspects of your client relationships, including scheduling, transparently communicating your therapeutic approach, setting clear policies, and defining your fee structure.

A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related mental health field from a recognized university.

Must be currently registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) as a Psychologist or Psychological Associate.

We also welcome inquiries from Registered Psychotherapists (RP) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Autonomous Practice: Must be authorized for independent/autonomous practice without the need for clinical supervision.

Local & Telehealth Knowledge: A firm understanding of Ontario’s regulations governing the practice of psychology and the delivery of telehealth services (telepsychology), including all requirements under the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).

Experience working with the multicultural populations of Toronto is a significant asset.

Professional Liability Insurance: Must maintain current professional liability (malpractice) insurance that is valid for practice in Ontario and covers both in-person and telehealth modalities.

Status: You are an Independent Contractor . Offer as few as 3-5 hours a week to supplement your income, or build a full-time caseload. Complete Autonomy: You maintain full control over your therapeutic modalities, client caseload, and practice policies.

Hybrid Practice Model: Seamlessly attract clients for both your physical Toronto office and your remote teletherapy practice.
