The Enterprise Sales Associate, supporting our Enterprise Account Executive organization, will generate, manage and close business sales within our Enterprise account base. This will be achieved through effective partnership with our account executives, strategic account planning, utilizing business development techniques and sales capabilities within an assigned territory. Top Enterprise Sales Associates showcase the ability to focus on understanding a prospect organization's initiatives, challenges, pain points and how Zoom solutions provide outcomes that align to those business initiatives. Lead your own sales opportunities

Run sales from start to finish where the average sales cycle is 1-2 months

Partner with an Enterprise Account Executive to meet or exceed quarterly, bi-annual and annual sales objectives

Build business relationships to increase customer adoption and expansion

Manage territory impact, scope and alignment in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives

Work with a cross functional team to achieve success including business development representative, product specialists, solution architects and field leadership

Travel occasionally for training and/or meetings may be required

A demonstrable track record of success within inside sales (prospecting, upselling, managing existing customers, closing new business)

Experience driving full sales cycles in highly complex accounts

Experience in Business to Business sales (B2B)

Fluency in French highly preferred

5+ years experience in SaaS/Technology customer facing sales

Solid time management skills and organization

Strong relationship building skills when working with customers, prospects and internal colleagues

A thorough understanding of the sales process, and ability to progress and quarterback complex sales cycles
