Human Resources Advisor - Recruitment - Permanent - Full Time Position

Plasman is currently seeking a new member to join our HUMAN RESOURCES team as a:

HR Coordinator

Timely and accurate data entry in all HR Systems that support the function (e.g., Human Resource Information Systems, Payroll, Benefits Management, Workplace Injury Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training) and maintaining accurate employee personnel and electronic data files.

Overseeing accurate completion of daily time sheets, completion of weekly payroll and associated tasks, including overtime, vacation time and vacation pay records.

Managing employee absenteeism, attendance program, reports and early-stage corrective disciplinary action as required.

Recruiting and selecting employees for all hourly internal available positions.

Coordinating temporary staffing agency employees' assignments, requests, terminations, and payroll timesheets.

Assisting with coordination of social and charitable company sponsored activities and fundraisers.

Administering the company apprenticeship program and co-op student programs.

Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures as required.

Maintaining all HR plant related forms and documents to relevant standards.

Collecting and analyzing HR data as necessary.

Providing administrative support to the HR Manager.

preference given to those who have completed some or all of a college level program with an emphasis in human resources, or Human Resources Professional designation, or equivalent relevant work experience.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources.
