Event Planning Coordinator

As our Events & Experiences Manager , you'll support the planning, execution, and measurement of Benevity's in-person events portfolio — including local activations, sponsored trade shows, and our annual flagship conference, Benevity Live , which brings together 600+ purpose-driven professionals from around the globe.

You'll work cross-functionally with teams across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure every event delivers a world-class attendee experience and measurable business outcomes.

Plan, coordinate, and execute Benevity's in-person events — from regional activations and trade shows to Benevity Live — ensuring flawless on-site delivery and on-budget performance.

Support the development of event strategies tied to pipeline and revenue goals, with clear objectives to evaluate success.

Manage event logistics end-to-end: venue coordination, vendor management, AV, staffing, and on-site execution.

Partner with demand generation and content teams on pre- and post-event communications that maximize attendance, engagement, and follow-up.

Help deliver a world-class attendee experience for clients, prospects, and partners — bringing Benevity's brand and purpose to life at every touchpoint.

Track and report on event performance, including leads, pipeline influence, and attendee engagement metrics.

Manage relationships with external partners and event platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Zuddl, etc.) Contribute to continuous improvement across the events function — surfacing ideas to improve quality, efficiency, and attendee experience.

2+ years of experience in event planning, production, and execution — preferably in a B2B environment (corporate giving a plus!).

• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail and composure under pressure.
• A data-informed mindset — you understand event ROI and use metrics to learn and improve.
• Strong communicator and collaborator — you bring people together and keep cross-functional projects moving.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and event management platforms such as Cvent, Bizzabo, or Zuddl.
• A creative problem-solver who brings new ideas and energy to every project.
• Expected travel 25%; must be able to travel to the United States and Europe.
