Assistant Gestion de Planning H/F

$30 - $35 par heure

Are you a proactive administrative professional with a talent for navigating the complexities of C-Suite support? Our client is seeking a self-motivated Executive Assistant to provide high-level support its C suite executive and the broader investment leadership team.

Based in the heart of downtown Toronto, this is a dynamic 3–6 month temporary role for an individual who excels in a collaborative, fast-paced corporate environment. You will act as a strategic partner - managing complex calendars, facilitating critical team communications, and leveraging modern AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance operational efficiency.

Experienced: You bring 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in financial, legal, or corporate services.

  • Tech-Forward: You are proficient in MS Office and eager to use AI and digital board portals to streamline workflows.
  • Mon-Friday In-Office, 8:30 am - 5 pm
  • Downtown Toronto Location- Work in the heart of the city with access to transit, restaurants, and professional networking opportunities.
  • Complete a wide variety of administrative tasks for the investment team, including but not limited to:
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders directly and on behalf of the team members, and in doing so, building trust relationships with key audiences
  • Keeping the teams well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, as applicable, and helping address competing demands and necessary follow ups
  • Planning and managing logistics for a variety of special projects
  • Assuming responsibility for planning, organizing and facilitating internal events, as requested from time to time
  • Supporting the drafting and dissemination of materials and documents
  • Providing support to team members for travel, education, and expense claims related to company

Administrative experience in a corporate or professional environment, with direct support to C-Suite leaders and professionals

  • Strong outlook and calendaring skills (MS Office)
  • Willing to learn new software such as board portals and doodle polls
  • Experience in document Management
