Assistant Gestion Support H/F

$27 per hour
Temporary

Our client, a top bank in Canada is looking to hire an Executive Assistant for VP with a contract of 1 month which is renewable. This role 2-3 days a week in the office for their Toronto office.
Support for Meeting and Calendar Management
Accurately manage meeting details, including attendee lists, agenda items, and attachments, based on the provided direction.
Arrange for meeting coverage if the VP is unavailable, providing clear communication regarding delegation or coverage.
Anticipate opportunities to consolidate meetings based on travel or in-office availability.
Keep shared calendars updated for the VP and management team, reflecting absences, travel plans, or location details.
Expense and Travel Management: Provide support with expense tracking and travel arrangements as required .

Degree in Accounting/Finance or a business degree

  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
