What You Will Do
- Manage the CEO's inbox and calendar with efficiency, anticipating needs and coordinating seamlessly across time zones.
- Ensure dynamic engagement with members and stakeholders through high-touch communication and creative follow-up.
- Actively participate and assist with project management and event planning.
- Handle communication with meticulous detail and assist with developing newsletters, press releases, and external messaging.
- Manage and track Executive expenses.
- Provide support for the Board of Directors and Advisory Council.
What You Bring to The Role
- Positive attitude, adaptable outlook, and experience in team collaboration and leadership.
- A proactive mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- A self-driven candidate able to work in both collaborative and independent settings.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, CRM, and accounting software.
- Ability to independently conduct high-level and quality online research.
- Polished and effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Experience with financial tasks, like budget assistance and invoice management, is an asset.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
