Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk

Over The Hill Accounting & Tax Services is a small accounting company that has been offering bookkeeping, accounting and tax services to our clients since 1994.
We are currently looking for a part-time receptionist to join our office. We are looking for someone around 20 hours a week from Monday to Friday between 8 AM & 4:30 PM with the exact hours and days being negotiable.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or take detailed messages when appropriate
- Basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, ordering office supplies, scanning and emailing documents
- Put together tax returns and file them for pick up
- Sorting of files, preparing spreadsheets for expenses and some light data entry for various company files
Strong English required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft excel, word and outlook
- Regular Office Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. During March and April some overtime will be required to meet the personal tax deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
