Remote Account Manager-Full Time

We are currently recruiting an Account Manager to fill a full-time permanent vacancy in our Elmira Branch.

By identifying customized solutions, you’ll help members access the credit, payments, deposits, and other banking services essential for achieving their business goals. You will take an active role in growing a portfolio of members, referring and collaborating with Kindred specialists to ensure each member receives concierge solutions that evolve with their business needs over the long term.

Monitor and manage risk by conducting annual reviews, managing arrears and overdrafts

You possess strong technical and analytical skills. You are passionate about delivering a member experience that inspires confidence in our services, builds relationships with our members, and encourages referrals from the community. Completion of a post-secondary program in a relevant field

• 2-4 years of account management or sales experience
• Solid technical skills
• Credit expertise is an asset, however extensive training is provided
