IT Helpdesk Analyst (Remote)

Our client is seeking a fluently bilingual (French/English) IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team on-site in Ottawa, supporting enterprise device deployment and end-user services within a structured Service Desk environment. In this hands-on role, you will prepare and deploy Windows 11 laptops using Microsoft Managed Desktop (MMD) standards, manage device setups and data migrations, maintain accurate asset records, and provide white-glove onsite support to end users during rollout activities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring devices meet security and compliance standards while delivering a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate brings a diploma or degree in IT, at least one year of Service Desk experience, strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service across diverse stakeholder groups.

• ** Full Time contract, 37.5 hours a week ***

Work with modern tools like MMD, Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.

•Build communication skills by supporting employees directly across the organization.

Prepare and deploy Windows 11 laptops using MMD and Autopilot

• Back up and transfer user data from old devices to new ones
• Update and track assets in inventory systems
• Provide onsite/remote support, including basic troubleshooting
• Retire legacy devices with secure data wiping and proper tracking
• University degree or college diploma in Information Technology
• Minimum 1 year of recent Service Desk or IT support experience
• At least 3 years of customer service experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365
• Strong communication skills in both French and English
