The Role

Versaterm is currently seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst (OPEX) to support our R&D group. The Financial Analyst (OPEX) works alongside the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), CFO and the Director, FP&A to help drive Versaterm's OPEXs' strategies and performance. This role is strategic, impactful and critical. The ideal candidate will report to the Director, FP&A and has a dotted line reporting to the CTO.

You will be the right hand and strategic support to the CTO and has the opportunity to drive financial KPI's. A communicator who can present complex financial data in a simple presentable manner to non-finance colleagues. A listener who can collect information to model complex information and data into an excel model or planning tools.

Must Haves

Your job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provide support for the R&D group. Develop project tracking for innovation and maintenance developments
• Build and maintain financial models based on operational KPI's for different function and component of the cost
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for R&D Team to aid in decision-making and resource allocation
• Assist R&D team in process and system implementation
