Nous cherchons notre futur Analyste d'affaires pour rejoindre nos équipes. Vos missions
Documenter les besoins du milieu opérationnel (déjà recensés et à venir).
Analyser les solutions possibles et faire les recommandations aux responsables.
Mettre à jour ou valider la documentation sur les processus.
Valider les dossiers fonctionnels.
Réaliser la stratégie d’essais d’acceptation.
Élaborer les devis d’essais d’acceptation pour les solutions préconisées et valider les résultats.
Collaborer à la réalisation des essais d’acceptation et, au besoin, réaliser des essais d’acceptation.
Proposer l’approbation de la mise en production de la solution.
Collaborer à la gestion du changement.
Soutenir les utilisateurs lors de la période de rodage de la solution, identifier les problèmes et approuver les corrections requises.
Assurer l’arrimage des aspects administratifs relatifs à la mise en œuvre de la solution avec les partenaires externes impliqués, le cas échéant.
Assurer le suivi post-implantation, s’assurer du bon fonctionnement opérationnel, documenter et conserver les changements.
Votre profil
Diplôme de niveau universitaire
Minimum de trois (3) années d'expérience pertinente
Participation à un mandat d'une envergure minimale de 500 jours-personnes, avec implication en tant qu'analyste d'affaires pour au moins 100 jours-personnes
