Dietitian - Primary Health Care

The North Lambton Community Health Centre is a community governed health centre serving identified priority populations in a defined catchment area. The Centre operates multiple sites in Ontario: Our interdisciplinary team provides primary health care, health promotion and community development services.

Registered Dietitian
Permanent – Sarnia Site
The Registered Dietitian provides evidence-based nutrition assessments, treatment, and education for individuals and groups across the lifespan.

Undergraduate Degree in Foods and Nutrition from a recognized university.
Possess current registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario (temporary licenses will also be considered).
Three to five years clinical counselling and community nutrition experience, an asset.
Demonstrated knowledge of community-based health care and the determinants of health.
Proficiency in French is considered an asset.

Medical benefits, Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) and paid vacation are included. Flexible hours of work are required. The incumbent will primarily work at the Sarnia location but may be required to travel to all locations, as needed.
