This role is designed for a versatile leader who can operate as a Delivery Manager. You will be the primary driver of project delivery, responsible for translating client requirements into actionable development tasks and holding teams accountable to timelines. This is a high-impact position where your ability to manage the non-technical aspects of product development will directly enable the technical team to focus on core execution.

Product Ownership and Requirements Management
Facilitate scoping sessions for new projects, creating diagrams, mock-ups, and documentation to define the project roadmap.
Delivery Coordination and Accountability
Act as the primary point of accountability for project timelines, ensuring developers remain on track for scheduled releases.
Communicate proactively with clients regarding timeline shifts or technical roadblocks, explaining complex issues in an accessible manner.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, shielding the technical team from constant communication interruptions.
Collaborate closely with technical leads to brainstorm solutions and determine the feasibility of client requests.
Manage a variety of projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to different software products and client needs.

Hybrid Professionalism : Proven ability to function across Project Management, Business Analysis, and Product Owner roles.
Technical Literacy : While not necessarily a developer, you must be "technical enough" to understand software constraints (e.g., A strong track record of keeping teams to deadlines and taking full ownership of the non-technical product lifecycle.
Rapid Adaptability : The ability to quickly learn and manage multiple diverse software products and client environments.
