looking to fill a position of a Floor Manager.

Floor Manager will be responsible for assisting the Sales Management team in
overseeing daily showroom operations, supporting the sales team on the floor,
and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. between customers, sales consultants, and management, assisting with deal
The Floor Manager will also
support the training and development of the sales team while ensuring
dealership processes and policies are followed.

automotive sales experience
· Computer literate with an ability to learn new
skills and a comfort with recruiting, building a dynamic, driven team, employee
discussions, coaching and training.
