HVAC Sales Specialist

Become an Outside Sales Home Comfort Consultant with Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning, offering a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. Focus on serving homeowners by helping them choose the right HVAC solutions.
This position emphasizes a consultative sales approach where you will assess homeowner needs, recommend HVAC options, and explain the benefits of each system. Engage directly through company-generated appointments, optimize your sales pipeline, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners to discuss comfort and efficiency goals
- Recommend HVAC solutions that fit customer needs
- Explain options, pricing, and energy-saving benefits clearly
- Follow up with customers after the sale for deeper trust
- Collaborate with the team for seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in business-to-consumer sales
- Successful history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good organization and follow-through abilities
- Possess a valid driver's license for local travel
