The team at Vivo Dental Westbrook located in Calgary, Alberta are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator on a full-time basis.
The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.
Vivo Dental is an established practice in a great community, with a committed patient base. At Vivo Dental, team members are mentored and are part of a strong team culture.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. 1 Saturday every 8 weeks
2 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Customer service mindset
