Be the key to excellent customer service in our Portuguese country! Join our team as a Spanish and Portuguese-speaking Customer Agent and create memorable customer experiences. Bem-vindo to a role where positive interactions begin with a Portuguese 'Olá!
You have a watchful eye and open ear when it comes to feedback from the guest and can find creative solutions for problems.
You give our guests a great Limehome experience by responding to their individual needs, providing all relevant information and leaving your personal touch when interacting with them.
You communicate fluently in Spain, Portuguese and English , other languages are a plus.
You have a passion for customer service and stay calm even in stressful situations.
You fully support the concept and vision of Limehome and work zealously to achieve our goals.
You don't mind working during the weekend or at night.
Previous experiences in the hotel industry, a call centre or a start-up environment is a plus.
