Bilingual Customer Service Representative
As a full-time Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted Canadian voice for a major automotive brand. You'll provide exceptional service to vehicle owners addressing concerns about warranty coverage, repairs, dealership issues, and vehicle features. By listening calmly, responding with effective solutions, and taking complaints seriously, you’ll help reduce their stress and enhance their experience.
15 - $19.35/H depending on your province of residence with a $2.50 Bilingual Premium

Must have at least 6 months of working experience in the customer service field
The flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, evenings and weekends
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English will be needed to assist both French and English speaking customers.
Proficient in MS Office 365, MS TEAMS and a Microsoft Windows environment
webcam video presence will be required during training and production
