Job Responsibility:
Location: Remote in United States Employment type: Full-time ? Why This Role Matters This full-time remote position offers flexible work hours and ample opportunities for advancement into management roles. You will work remotely to serve clients and offer valuable advice and protection to individuals and their families. You can also apply directly here: ? How You'll Contribute - Call the leads that we provide to schedule Zoom meetings with clients
- Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and grow solid relationships with them
- Work with your manager to establish clear objectives and goals for yourself and achieve them through focused effort and determination
? What Makes You a Great Fit - Must be coachable and willing to acquire new skills
- Must have a passion for helping others
- Must hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license. If you do not have a license, we will help you find a solution
- Must display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service background is desirable but not essential
- Laptop or computer is required (not tablet or Chromebook).
- Must meet basic requirements for computer literacy
- Must have a primary residence in Canada or the US and be fluent in English *note: we are not currently hiring in Quebec
