Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue exciting new business opportunities in heavy equipment attachments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across both provinces.
- Communicate the benefits of our products effectively in English and French
- Develop and implement impactful sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals that resonate with our clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM Software.
- A client base and a list of potential clients will be provided to facilitate your work
- Collaborate with a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will assist you in managing client inquiries and support
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the heavy equipment or construction industry.
- Bilingual in English and French is essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.

Principales responsabilités :
- Identifier et poursuivre de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires passionnantes dans les accessoires pour équipements lourds.
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients dans les deux provinces.
- Communiquer efficacement les avantages de nos produits en anglais et en français.
- Développer et mettre en uvre des stratégies de vente percutantes pour atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs.
- Surveiller les tendances du marché et les activités des concurrents pour rester en avance.
- Préparer et présenter des propositions sur mesure qui résonnent avec nos clients.
- Maintenir des dossiers de vente précis à l'aide d'un logiciel CRM.
- Une base de clients ainsi qu'une liste de clients potentiels seront fournies pour faciliter votre travail.
- Collaborez avec un Représentant du Service Client (RSC) dédié qui vous aidera à gérer les demandes et le soutien des clients
Qualifications :
- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en vente dans l'industrie des équipements lourds ou de la construction.
- Bilingue en anglais et en français est essentiel.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et relations interpersonnelles.
- Autonome et orienté résultats, avec un désir de réussir.
