Seasonal Bilingual Customer Service Associate
Foundever Canada is hiring French Bilingual Technical Customer Service Associates! Join our dynamic team and provide exceptional, personalized service by guiding Intuit customers using the Intuit QuickBooks application. 18.90/h to $19.00/h with a $2 bilingual premium

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English as you will be assisting both English and French speaking customers
Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customer
Previous technical customer service support preferred
Accounting and bookkeeping experience as asset
webcam video presence will be required during training and production
