Seasonal Bilingual Customer Service Associate
Foundever Canada is hiring French Bilingual Technical Customer Service Associates! Join our dynamic team and provide exceptional, personalized service by guiding Intuit customers using the Intuit QuickBooks application. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding support, we’d love for you to be part of our dedicated team.
18.90/h to $19.00/h with a $2 bilingual premium

- Hands-on paid virtual classroom-style training, as well as ongoing job specific training
- The flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, evenings, and weekends
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English as you will be assisting both English and French speaking customers
Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customer
Previous technical customer service support preferred
Accounting and bookkeeping experience as asset
webcam video presence will be required during training and production
