We provide a huge selection of high-quality and top-hit products from Asia including cosmetics, skincare, beauty, accessories and lifestyle. We are looking for Sales Associate to join our team for our CF Pacific Centre location.
As a Sales Associate, you will provide top-tier customer service with outstanding product knowledge to all clients. Greet all customers with enthusiasm and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in a friendly and professional manner
Assess customer needs and inquiries by asking open-ended questions to provide personalized solutions, leveraging your in-depth product knowledge to support them in selecting the right products
Stay informed about current sales and ongoing in-store promotions to keep customers updated and enhance their shopping experience
Ensure smooth and accurate customer transactions by efficiently utilizing our point-of-sale system and Kiokii Loyalty Reward Membership Program
Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term brand loyalty
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations and achieve goals
Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
A deep enthusiasm for the Asian beauty industry, with a commitment to learning, sharing knowledge, and staying informed on the latest products and trends to better serve customers
Strong problem-solving abilities and able to adapt to customer needs
