Senior Accounting Supervisor

Based in our Brantford, Canada office, this role reports to the Controller.Responsible for independently executing full-cycle accounting activities, financial reporting, and analysis while supporting operational decision-making and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance
Partner with operations to support cost and performance improvements
Perform complex reconciliations and resolve accounting issues
Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
CPA (or in progress) preferred
5–7 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting
SAP, Oracle)
