About the RoleWe are seeking an Logistics Operator to join our team at our Brantford, Ontario bakery. In this role, you will be accountable for the safe and efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility, supporting production flow, inventory accuracy, and on‑time shipping and receiving operations.Shift and Schedule 12- Hour rotating continental beetween morning and nights Bi-weekly rotatioin Weekend availability: Required as per shift schedule Compensation Hourly Rate: $30.88 plus applicable premiums Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing) Operate powered industrial equipment to move materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility. Support production and logistics operations by supplying materials to picking and production lines. Execute shipping and receiving activities for raw materials and finished products. Maintain accurate documentation and system records related to material movement and inventory. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and team members to address issues and priorities. Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and production environment. Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) High School Diploma or G.E.D. Minimum 3 years of forklift driving experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Valid forklift license (Counterbalance, Walkie, Raymond Reach) from a recognized training provider Proven written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and perform in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and stooping Clear criminal background check (or has received a pardon).
