About the Role:

We have a current opening for an Maintenance Supervisor and are actively reviewing applications.

Available Shifts:

8 Hour Weekly rotation: 1 week of days, 1 week of afternoons & 1 week of nights 

12 Hour Continental rotation: 2 weeks of days & 2 weeks of nights

The Maintenance Supervisor position’s primary duties include supervising maintenance, supporting interventions, collaborating in the new projects’ realization. You will be responsible for defining, organizing and managing the realization of periodical revisions programs, ordinary, extraordinary and soft intervention, optimizing relative costs in order to achieve determined production results, both in qualitative and quantitative terms, respecting the given deadlines. Coordinating and organizing maintenance activities in order to ensure the plants workability (devices) and the highest level of reliability and efficiency of production lines.

Also, in scope for the Maintenance Supervisor is ensuring the management of plant utilities in order to guarantee the energy supply (hot and cold water / steam); ensuring the air conditioning for both production sites and offices; and ensuring maintenance activities in relation to any buildings.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing setting
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude 
• A history of tackling technical challenges with creativity and precision

• Support and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Breakdown Analysis (BDA) following equipment failures, ensuring effective problem resolution and sustainable countermeasures.

• Support, implement, and sustain Centerlining (TPM) standards to reduce variability, stabilize processes, and improve first-time-right performance.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies to improve asset performance and maintenance efficiency.
• Drive Focused Improvement (FI) initiatives, collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Quality to improve equipment reliability and eliminate chronic losses.
• Ensure technicians understand and apply lean manufacturing principles and best practices to reduce variation, recurring failures, and unplanned downtime.

The base compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
