Full Stack Developer Opportunity

Location : Remote within Canada

Were looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build intuitive performant and scalable applications across our front-end and back-end systems. Develop and Maintain Features: Take ownership of features that align with product goals contributing to a high-quality codebase across the stack.
Contribute to Sprint Planning and Retrospectives: Participate in planning and retrospectives to help the team meet sprint goals and continuously improve processes.
Review others code and provide constructive feedback to strengthen code quality security and maintainability.
Work closely with peers and stakeholders to understand requirements refine solutions and deliver outcomes that meet customer and business needs.
Proficiency in Programming : Strong proficiency across the full stack: server-side development (PHP/Laravel) and front-end work in JavaScript . Applies full stack development patterns and software architecture principles to write robust and maintainable code.
Works effectively in cross-functional teams partnering with product managers backend engineers and designers. Agile Execution : Participates actively in agile development processes such as sprint planning retrospectives daily stand-ups and delivers high-quality incremental improvements with speed and consistency.
Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Technical Expertise : Familiar with REST/GraphQL relational databases (AWS RDS) automated testing containerization (Docker) CI/CD and cloud platforms. Strong AWS familiarity (S3 RDS Lambda/ECS/EKS CloudFormation) and experience with Amazon QuickSight or similar BI tools. Comfortable with tooling such as Webpack/Vite and practices that support performance security and maintainability.
Code Output : Deliver high-quality secure code regularly as part of weekly releases contributing to a predictable and efficient deployment cadence.
Write secure scalable code that adheres to best practices for front-end development and meets internal standards for maintainability and performance.
Efficient Cloud Infrastructure : Ensure all deployed resources (including those touching cloud AWS infrastructure) are consistently tagged and well-organized to support traceability and cost efficiency.
Actively participate in code reviews and team rituals to uphold code quality share knowledge and improve team-wide engineering standards.
