Industrial Mechanic High-Speed Packaging & Manufacturing

Full-Time, Permanent Pay Rate: $29.00 / hour

Financial Security: $29.00/hour with steady full-time hours and an optional RRSP program.

Paid Hands-On Training: 1 to 3 months of paid, straight-day-shift training on specialized equipment to set you up for long-term success.

Keep high-speed packaging, assembly, and printing machinery operating efficiently.

Perform routine preventive maintenance, machine setups, and tooling changeovers.

Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical components using manuals and drawings.

Follow plant safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and clean-workplace guidelines.

Strong mechanical aptitude—fixing equipment and solving technical problems comes naturally to you.

Practical hands-on experience maintaining machinery in a manufacturing or packaging environment (international/global experience welcomed!).

Ability to read basic mechanical drawings, diagrams, and manuals.

Willingness to complete 6–12 months of Day-shift training, followed by a 3-shift rotation (Mornings, Afternoons, Nights).
