Apprentice Motor Vehicle Mechanic A-1 Muffler and Tires Location 28 Melanie Dr Brampton, ON Salary 36.50 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per week Full time Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, On call, Overtime available Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience 1 year to less than 2 years There is no option to work remotely. Work site environment Dusty Noisy Responsibilities: Confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions Inspect mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions Inspect motor in operation Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems Perform scheduled maintenance service Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required Experience and specialization Area of specialization Engine repair Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Attention to detail Manual dexterity Standing for extended periods Personal suitability Accurate Dependability Judgement Reliability Team player Until: 2026-08-03
