Our client, a well-established player in the rental and production services space, is seeking a Relationship Manager with a strong focus on new business development and revenue generation . This is a true hunter role designed for someone who thrives on building relationships from the ground up and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
While relationship management is part of the role, the primary mandate is to identify, pursue, and close new business across events, production, and commercial rental markets.
Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across events, production, and commercial clients
Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close and client onboarding
Develop tailored proposals and pricing aligned with client needs and project scope
Collaborate closely with Operations and Logistics to ensure seamless execution post-sale
Maintain and grow newly won accounts, focusing on repeat business and long-term value
Attend industry events, site visits, and client meetings to drive visibility and generate leads
Proven track record of generating net-new business and closing deals
- Strong prospecting ability with confidence in cold outreach and relationship building
- Comfortable in a performance-driven, commission-based environment with uncapped earning potential
- Experience in fast-paced, project-based environments is a strong asset
