Media-Graph / TLS Éclairage architectural est à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire des ventes et du marketing qui dirigera la stratégie de croissance commerciale de Media-Graph, en pilotant le développement des affaires, la performance des ventes et les initiatives marketing, en lien avec nos solutions d’éclairage architectural et d’affichage visuel.
Media-Graph conçoit et fabrique des solutions personnalisées de communication visuelle et d’éclairage architectural utilisées dans des environnements commerciaux, de détail et expérientiels. Notre système breveté Système Tension LED offre des solutions d’éclairage architectural intégrées combinant technologie avancée et grande flexibilité de design. Avec plus de 60 000 pieds carrés de production interne, Media-Graph gère chaque étape du processus, de la conception et de l’ingénierie à la fabrication et à la livraison, nous permettant d’offrir des solutions hautement personnalisées avec rapidité, précision et qualité.

Le ou la gestionnaire des ventes et du marketing jouera un rôle clé dans la définition de notre stratégie commerciale, l’expansion de notre présence sur le marché et le renforcement des relations avec les architectes, designers, détaillants et partenaires de l’industrie, tant en Amérique du Nord qu’à l’international. Ce poste offre l’opportunité d’influencer directement la croissance des revenus et le positionnement de la marque, tout en contribuant à l’orientation stratégique des initiatives de vente et de marketing.
Le ou la gestionnaire des ventes et du marketing dirige la stratégie commerciale et les initiatives marketing de Media-Graph à travers nos unités d’affaires, incluant TLS (solutions d’éclairage architectural) et P&D (produits d’affichage visuel).
Ce rôle est responsable de l’élaboration de plans de vente stratégiques, de la gestion et du soutien des équipes de vente, du développement de relations durables avec les clients, ainsi que de la supervision des initiatives de vente et de marketing visant à accroître la visibilité de la marque et la croissance des revenus. En collaboration étroite avec la direction, les équipes internes et les partenaires de l’industrie, ce rôle assure l’alignement entre les objectifs d’affaires de Media-Graph, son positionnement sur le marché et sa stratégie de communication.
Leadership Des Ventes Et Développement De Territoire:
Diriger et encadrer l’équipe des ventes, incluant les représentant(e) technique des ventes et les représentants des ventes internes, en assurant une performance élevée dans tous les marchés.
Offrir du mentorat, de la formation et de la gestion de la performance afin de soutenir le développement de l’équipe et la croissance des revenus.
Développer et mettre en œuvre un plan de vente stratégique avec des objectifs mesurables pour stimuler la croissance en Amérique du Nord et à l’international.
Contribuer au développement des stratégies corporatives, des plans d’affaires et des initiatives intégrées de vente et de marketing.
Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’affaires à court et à long terme favorisant la croissance et l’expansion du marché.
Surveiller les tendances du marché, la concurrence et les opportunités émergentes dans les secteurs de l’éclairage architectural et de l’affichage visuel.
Identifier et développer de nouveaux partenariats et segments de marché avec les architectes, designers et partenaires de l’industrie.
Leadership Marketing Et Stratégie:
Diriger et superviser la fonction marketing en assurant un alignement étroit avec les objectifs de vente et la stratégie globale de l’entreprise.
Développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie marketing annuelle, incluant les campagnes, lancements de produits et initiatives promotionnelles ciblées.
Gérer le budget marketing et analyser la performance des campagnes afin d’assurer un retour sur investissement mesurable.
Générer de la demande et soutenir la conversion des leads grâce à des initiatives marketing ciblées et numériques.
Superviser la participation aux salons, événements et activités promotionnelles afin de renforcer la présence sur le marché.
Stratégie Marketing Et Communications De Marque:
Développer des stratégies marketing pour promouvoir les solutions d’éclairage architectural TLS et les produits d’affichage P&D.
Créer du contenu marketing engageant pour les sites web, campagnes numériques, médias sociaux, courriels et outils promotionnels.
Développer des messages adaptés aux architectes, designers, distributeurs et partenaires de l’industrie, mettant en valeur l’expertise technique et de design de Media-Graph.
Assurer que toutes les communications marketing mettent en valeur les caractéristiques, les avantages et la proposition de valeur des produits.
Développer des études de cas et du matériel marketing soutenant la prescription par les architectes et designers.
Diplôme universitaire en administration, marketing ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion des ventes, marketing ou développement des affaires.
Expérience démontrée dans la gestion d’équipes de vente et l’exécution de stratégies commerciales.
Expérience en développement et gestion de campagnes marketing et de communications de marque.
Excellentes compétences en développement des affaires, négociation et gestion de relations.
Expérience dans les secteurs de l’éclairage architectural, du design, de la construction ou connexe (atout).
Expérience avec des architectes, designers ou environnements de vente au détail (atout).
Disponibilité pour voyager en Amérique du Nord et à l’international (passeport canadien valide requis).
Excellente capacité d’analyse stratégique et aptitude à transformer des opportunités en plans de croissance concrets.
Expérience avec les CRM et outils de prévision des ventes.

Media-Graph / TLS Architectural Lighting is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager who will lead Media-Graph’s commercial growth strategy, driving business development, sales performance, and marketing initiatives to align across our architectural lighting and visual display solutions.
Media-Graph designs and manufactures custom visual communication and architectural lighting solutions used in retail, commercial, and experiential environments. Our patented Tension LED System (TLS) delivers integrated architectural lighting solutions that combine advanced technology with exceptional design flexibility. With more than 60,000 square feet of in-house production, Media-Graph manages every stage of the process from concept and engineering to manufacturing and project delivery allowing us to deliver highly customized solutions with speed, precision and quality.
Media-Graph is entering an exciting phase of growth as demand for innovative architectural lighting and visual communication solutions continues to expand. The Sales & Marketing Manager will play a key leadership role in shaping our commercial strategy, expanding our market presence, and strengthening relationships with architects, designers, retailers, and industry partners across North America and internationally. This role offers the opportunity to influence both revenue growth and brand positioning, while helping guide the strategic direction of our sales and marketing initiatives.
The Sales & Marketing Manager leads Media-Graph’s commercial sales strategy and marketing initiatives across our business units, including TLS (architectural lighting solutions) and P&D (visual display products).
This role is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, leading and supporting the sales teams, building long-term client relationships, and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and generate revenue growth. Working closely with executive leadership, internal teams, and industry partners, the Sales & Marketing Manager ensures alignment between Media-Graph’s business objectives, market positioning, and brand communication strategy.
Sales Leadership & Territory Development:
Lead and manage the sales team, including Technical Sales Representative and Inside Sales Representatives, ensuring strong performance across all markets.
Provide mentorship, training, and performance management to support team development and revenue growth.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan with measurable objectives to drive growth across the North American and International market.
Contribute to the development of corporate strategies, business unit plans, and integrated sales and marketing initiatives.
Ensure alignment between Media-Graph, TLS, and P&D in terms of strategic direction, brand positioning, and communication strategy.
Develop and implement short and long-term business strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Monitor competitive trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities within the architectural lighting and visual display sectors.
Identify and cultivate new partnerships, market segments, and strategic business development opportunities with architects, designers, and industry partners to position Media-Graph solutions early in the design and specification process.
Marketing Leadership & Strategy:
Lead and oversee the marketing department, ensuring strong alignment with sales objectives and overall company strategy.
Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy, including campaigns, product launches, and targeted promotional initiatives that position Media-Graph solutions with architects, designers, and industry specifiers.
Manage the marketing budget and monitor campaign performance to ensure measurable ROI and effective resource allocation.
Drive demand generation and lead conversion through targeted marketing programs and digital initiatives.
Oversee participation in trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities that strengthen Media-Graph’s market presence.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Communications:
Develop marketing strategies that promote TLS architectural lighting solutions and P&D visual display products across key target markets.
Create compelling marketing content for websites, digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
Develop messaging tailored to architects, designers, distributors, and industry partners highlighting Media-Graph’s design and technical capabilities.
Support product launches and brand initiatives that strengthen market awareness and industry engagement.
Ensure all marketing communications clearly communicate product features, value propositions, and design benefits.
Develop marketing materials and case studies that support specifications by architects and designers.
University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, marketing leadership, or business development.
- Proven experience leading sales teams and executing strategic sales initiatives.
- Experience developing and managing marketing campaigns and brand communications.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in the architectural lighting, design, construction, or related industries is considered an asset.
- Experience working with architects, designers, retail environments, or lighting solutions is considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel within North America and internationally (valid Canadian passport required).
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market opportunities into actionable growth plans.
- Experience managing CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
