Inside Sales Representative (B2B Sales)

This Inside Sales Representative role is ideal for someone looking to combine operational management, technical consulting, and business development within a stable, human-scale organization based in Brossard.

Competitive Salary: Between $62k and $70k, based on your profile.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be central to our operations:

Order Management: Manage and optimize the customer order cycle using the ERP system.

Technical Support: Provide expert technical advice on a wide range of industrial blasting equipment.

Contribute to company expansion through targeted outreach to reactivate former accounts.

Account Follow-up: Ensure meticulous follow-up on client files to guarantee impeccable service quality.

Demonstrated success in inside sales or industrial distribution (manufacturing or B2B environments).

Fluently Bilingual: Native or near-native proficiency in French and English to effectively communicate with English-speaking clients and North American partners outside of Quebec on a daily basis.

Technical Aptitude: A keen interest in the technical and mechanical aspects of industrial equipment.

Relationship Building: Proven ability to build lasting, trust-based relationships with a diverse clientele.
