District Sales Manager - full-time

Territory Sales Manager – South Central Location: Remote (Must live within territory and near a major airport)

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow the South Central region.
Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through close
Is teachable and open to learning a proven sales process
Enjoys working with smart, thoughtful customers
Is comfortable traveling regularly (3–8 overnights per month)
Prospect and develop business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, research, cold calling, and industry events
Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with prospects and customers
Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close
Maintain accurate, real‑time records in Salesforce
Conduct onsite sales calls and gather accurate field dimensions
Consult with customers to evaluate workspace needs and recommend solutions
Act as a liaison between customers and internal design teams throughout the process

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
At least 1 year of outside B2B sales experience preferred
Proven ability to manage a multi‑state sales territory
Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly
Travel & Location
Up to ~50% travel
Typically 3–8 overnight stays per month
Travel expenses covered via company credit card
