Construction Manager - Moncton, NB
We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Moncton, NB. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional ready to take on a leadership role and oversee a growing portfolio of building construction and renovation projects.
As the Construction Manager, you will lead the Projects Division , managing project teams and ensuring that all construction projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on involvement , working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and Project Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the company's construction project portfolio
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
Provide leadership and support to project teams across multiple projects
Collaborate with field and office teams to improve project planning and execution
Support problem-solving and decision-making on active construction sites
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building construction management
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams
- Experience working with a General Contractor or specialized building sub-trade
- Strong understanding of commercial or institutional construction projects
- Ability to lead teams both on-site and in office environments
- Background in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering (College or University)
- Experience as a Senior Leadership Team member is an asset
