Sales Development Representative (Service client / Support)

We’re hiring our first Sales Development Representative to help WP Umbrella grow in a deliberate, sustainable way. This is a hands-on, outbound-focused sales role, centered on starting meaningful conversations, hunting for qualified prospects, and turning interest into revenue opportunities — not pushing volume or running scripts.
WP Umbrella serves a strong customer base in the US and German-speaking Europe. This role focuses on outbound sales toward US-based agencies as well as German-speaking agencies , which is why fluency in English and German is required .
Your work is expected to translate into pipeline and revenue.
After onboarding, you’ll work autonomously, build your own pipeline, book and organize demos, and help define how sales should work at WP Umbrella as we scale.
We’re a small and growing startup, which means your impact will be real and visible. You’ll work directly with the founder and collaborate closely with Support and Marketing to ensure strong alignment between sales, product, and customer reality.
Proactively hunt for new leads in the WordPress and web agency ecosystem
Engage prospects on social platforms (LinkedIn, X, communities, etc.)
Build, manage, and maintain your own sales pipeline
Help build the first outbound sales processes and playbooks
Fluent in English and French , or English and German
Comfortable with outbound sales and lead hunting
Comfortable with performance expectations and revenue accountability
Autonomous, reliable, and organized in a remote environment
Comfortable working in an early-stage setup where not everything is defined yet
Knowledge of the WordPress web agency / freelancer ecosystem
Experience selling SaaS to agencies, freelancers, or professionals
Familiarity with WordPress, hosting, or website maintenance concepts
