As our Part-Time Social Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for ideating, capturing, and editing engaging, social-first content across Spence Diamonds’ digital platforms. This role is hands-on and executional — perfect for someone who lives on TikTok Instagram and YouTube, understands trends in real time, and knows how to create content that stops the scroll.
You’ll work closely with our marketing team to support campaign launches, product drops, and always-on brand storytelling.
This is a part-time, hourly position ideal for a nimble creator who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Concept and create short-form video and static content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
Capture content in-store, in-studio, and occasionally at events (product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes moments)
Edit engaging short-form videos optimized for each platform
Stay on top of social trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments — and pitch reactive ideas quickly
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and brand initiatives
Maintain consistent content production aligned with posting schedules
2+ years of experience creating social media content (brand, freelance, or creator background)

• Strong hands-on video creation and editing skills (mobile-first is key)
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok best practices, and YouTube Shorts is preferred
• Strong creative instincts for hooks, pacing, and storytelling
• Comfortable filming in retail environments and being the on-camera talent
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively in a part-time structure

Familiarity with social analytics and performance insights
