Front Desk Agent - Full-time and Part-time

19-21 an hour- Permanent, Part-time or Full-time
15 to 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling, to provide shared coverage alongside another receptionist.
We are a dedicated psychology practice committed to creating a supportive environment for our clients. Our virtual receptionists play a key role in delivering friendly, efficient, and compassionate service, ensuring our clients feel valued and cared for from the first contact.
We are looking for an adaptable and innovative receptionist to join our team. This role involves supporting daily operations, improving scheduling and client management processes, and delivering top-notch customer service.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing calls, emails, and messages with warmth and professionalism.
Take initiative to streamline and improve reception processes to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with another part-time receptionist to ensure consistent coverage and support.
Handle invoicing and billing processing.
Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally in a healthcare setting.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a remote team.
Strong customer service skills, with a client-first approach.
Computer literacy is required.
Familiarity with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) compliance.
Part-time, flexible remote work with the potential to increase hours.
