Corporate Accountant - Full Time

Your new company You’ll be part of a well‑established, values‑driven real estate and hospitality group with a growing hotel portfolio, known for developing and operating high‑quality assets and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Support daily accounting operations across a multi‑hotel portfolio
Review daily revenue reports and resolve posting or tax discrepancies
Perform daily bank and city ledger reconciliations
Monitor AR aging and follow up on direct‑bill accounts
Prepare journal entries for month‑end (prepaids, accruals, payroll, amortization)
Complete balance sheet reconciliations and house account reviews
Assist with financial statements and monthly variance analysis
Review and code invoices, manage vendor statements, and reconcile credit cards
Ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain audit trails
Support annual audit processes
Provide training to hotel teams on cash handling, night audit exceptions, billing, and petty cash
3+ years of accounting experience (hospitality mandatory)
- Strong understanding of PMS revenue flows and night audit processes
- Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 annually + bonus + benefits + 3 weeks vacation
Permanent full-time in office position
