Paylidify Canada is actively seeking a Corporate Sales Consultant with a proven history of driving growth and achieving success. This isn't a typical sales role. Our business is expanding rapidly, and we operate in a highly agile atmosphere. The ideal candidate will embrace a culture of continuous process improvement and possess a "can-do" attitude. As a Corporate Sales Consultant , your primary responsibility will be to acquire new business. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are key, enabling you to connect with customers via email, phone, and in-person. You'll build trust and relationships, and consistently demonstrate value throughout the sales process. In this strategic role, you will work closely with our Regional Management teams to target, position, and acquire net new businesses that are a strong fit for Paylidify. Introduce Paylidify to SMB organizations, demonstrating how our solutions simplify and improve operations while identifying key customer benefits.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outbound sales efforts.
Work closely with the Administration, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions align with market needs.
Leverage prior sales experience to innovate and implement creative go-to-market strategies.

Experience or interest in outbound sales and prospecting.

• Proven track record of over-performance in a quota-carrying role.
• Developed interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationships with new and existing customers.
• Openness to feedback and dedication to continuous improvement.
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
