IT Support Specialist/ Service Desk

Elevate your career as an IT Support Specialist with BuildOps in Toronto. Support a dynamic team with top skills in SaaS management and technical troubleshooting.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining IT infrastructure while addressing daily technology issues. Your responsibilities include managing support tickets, handling access for over 40 SaaS applications, and troubleshooting various authentication and integration challenges. Clear communication and documentation will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage identity access using Okta and Google Workspace
Troubleshoot authentication and MFA issues
Support Mac users with device setup and troubleshooting
Create technical documentation and troubleshoot integration issues
Manage support requests via Slack and Jira Service Management

Requirements:

Minimum two years in IT support or help desk
At least one year supporting Okta for user management
Experience with high-volume ticket queues
Familiarity with Jira or similar tools
Clear communication skills to assist non-technical users
