Our Client is hiring experienced Account Managers to own the owner experience throughout the leasing process, keep files moving, and make sure execution is tight from start to finish. This role is for someone who already knows how to manage a client book with proactive communication, strong follow-up, deadline control, clean documentation, and clear accountability.
The right person is organized, fast, professional under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple active files in a structured, high-volume environment.

Manage time-sensitive items with urgency, professionalism, and strong communication
Maintain clean CRM records, including notes, tasks, follow-ups, updates, and stage movement
Identify stalled files, missing information, client concerns, and service issues before they escalate
Support a structured, process-driven leasing experience from start to finish
3–5+ years of account management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients, accounts, properties, or files at the same time
- High process discipline and comfort working inside a structured CRM workflow
- Strong follow-up habits, task management, and documentation accuracy
- Professional judgment when handling complaints, escalations, deadlines, and sensitive client issues
- Comfortable working remotely during EST business hours
Leasing, property management, real estate operations, or housing-related experience
Experience in high-volume, SLA-driven, operations-heavy, or service-based environments
Experience handling both clients and internal operations teams
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and confident managing client files from start to finish.
They are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where files, deadlines, owners, internal teams, and follow-ups need to be managed at the same time.
Remote Tech Requirements
- Computer with 16GB RAM minimum
- This is a remote position; however, candidates must be located in the same country, city, or region where the job is posted. The successful candidate must be available to attend a local office, meeting, training session, or company event if requested.
