What You'll Do

• Prepare and process management and advertising invoices in alignment with contract terms
• Manage and process corporate bill payments
• Oversee banking transactions, including auto payments and transfers
• Track and process wage recovery billing
• Set up and maintain accurate vendor accounts
• Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger support
• Provide documentation and support for audits and financial reviews

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle accounting or a similar financial role (preferred)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High attential to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
