As a Technical Sales Representative – British Columbia , you will be responsible for developing and growing your assigned territory. You will act as a trusted partner and brand ambassador to distributors, partners and end users.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director (Ontario & Western Canada), you will play a strategic role in expanding JJS’s footprint on the West Coast.
Growing sales and retaining existing customers
Prospecting and opening new accounts
Conducting product demonstrations and technical training
Your success will be driven by your ability to build strong relationships, understand customer needs and deliver value-added solutions.
Manage and grow a portfolio of customers and partners across British Columbia
Present and demonstrate JJS technical solutions
Train customers and distribution partners
Prepare tailored sales proposals and solutions
Maintain accurate CRM activity tracking (Pipedrive)
Maintain a strong field presence and customer engagement
Post-secondary education in Sales, Business or a related field
Minimum 3 years of B2B technical or industrial sales experience
Experience in abrasives, tools or surface finishing (asset)
Strong knowledge of the British Columbia industrial market (asset)
Comfortable using CRM and digital tools
Ability to travel frequently within the territory
English required — French an asset
Base salary ($60 K - $70K) + bonus plan
Full product training and ongoing support
