Inside Sales Representative

Our client in the HVAC industry is looking for an Inside Sales Person in the GTA. This role is a great opportunity for someone with good drive to join a growing business. The position will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Drive marketing/products/customers/strategies
- Work closely with teams cross functionally
- Responsible for successfully managing the sales process; lead generation, developing solutions, negotiation, closing and post sales service
- Focus on relationship building and growing sales within existing business (products & Services)
- Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales administration is up to date using the company systems
- Support outside sales
- Work with Credit setting up project accounts/credit issues/etc.
- Work with inventory teams to address issues and concerns
- Visit/call customers – address any issues
- Account planning and forecasting
- Conduct monthly business reviews with the Senior management
- Responsible for new and existing business. You are expected to be autonomous however you will work in close collaboration with your supervisor for complex pitches and strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma
- Experience in a sales/customer service environment
- Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent ability to communicate in English (written and spoken)
