Madani Buildings is looking for a driven, competitive Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. We sell custom-engineered steel building packages to commercial, agricultural, residential, and industrial customers across the United States.

This is not a traditional call center sales position. Our representatives work directly with customers making serious purchasing decisions—understanding their project, helping determine the right building, preparing pricing, explaining options, overcoming objections, and guiding the deal from initial inquiry to close. If you are confident on the phone, highly organized, competitive, coachable, and want your income tied directly to your performance, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Respond quickly to new inbound leads and customer inquiries
• Conduct short discovery calls to understand the customer's project, budget, timeline, property, and requirements
• Prepare and present steel building quotes
• Walk customers through pricing and building options over the phone
• Follow up consistently with active opportunities
• Handle pricing, competitor, timing, permitting, and financing objections
• Build trust with customers making large purchases
• Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and deal stages inside our CRM
• Coordinate internally with pricing, engineering, and project support when necessary
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities at different stages of the buying process
• Ask for the sale and move qualified customers toward a decision

We're looking for someone who:

• Is confident and persuasive on the phone
• Has strong communication skills
• Is competitive and motivated by results
• Can build rapport quickly
• Is comfortable discussing purchases worth tens of thousands of dollars
• Understands that consistent follow-up is a major part of sales
• Is organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities at once
• Can follow a sales process without sounding scripted
• Takes coaching well and actively works to improve
• Is comfortable using CRM systems, email, phone software, and basic computer applications
• Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do

Previous sales experience is strongly preferred.

• High-ticket inside sales
• B2B sales
• Commission-based sales

Steel building experience is an advantage, but it is not required . We can teach the product. We cannot
teach work ethic, competitiveness, or the willingness to pick up the phone.

Competitive performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.

Exact compensation structure will be discussed during the interview and will depend on experience and the role structure offered. Top performers have the opportunity to earn substantially more as their production increases.

Schedule

Full-time availability is preferred.

Our customers are located throughout the United States, so representatives must be comfortable communicating with customers across multiple U.S. time zones.
