IREN is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support our Prince George data centre operations. This role oversees inbound and outbound materials, maintains accurate inventory, and ensures efficient warehouse organization to support mission-critical infrastructure.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment, prioritizes safety, and takes pride in precise inventory management and organized workflows that directly contribute to data centre uptime and operational excellence.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or industrial experience preferred.
Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional overtime as required.
Experience working in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or data center environments.
Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software.
Industrial warehouse and data center environment.
Exposure to varying warehouse temperatures and noise levels.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Receive, unload, and verify inbound shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
Safely load outbound shipments and coordinate material transfers between internal departments or external partners.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
Organize and manage warehouse layout to optimize storage efficiency and material accessibility.
Operate skid steer, telehandler and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company policies.
Support asset tracking and materials management for critical data center equipment and infrastructure components.
Ensure proper labelling, documentation, and storage of equipment, parts, and consumables.
Accurately process goods receipts in the ERP system, ensuring timely and correct inventory transactions.
coordinate resolution with Procurement and vendors as required.
Maintain receiving documentation, packing slips, and proof-of-delivery records in accordance with company controls and audit requirements.
Ensure proper labelling, asset tagging, and serial number tracking for critical infrastructure components upon receipt.
