Bakery or Deli Clean up

Job Responsibility:
Must apply on Costco.ca as well prior to an interview
1) Removes product from baking containers. Garnishes, drizzles icing or sprays glaze for baked goods according to Costco formulas and department production procedures.
2) Wraps and packages baked or freshly made goods and cook and remove rotisserie chickens
3) Weighs and labels product. Culls broken, underweight, heavy or defective goods to uphold standards for quality and consistency of finished product.
4) Moves product by pushing on large, wheeled, metal racks.
5) Monitors bakery or deli sales area and restocks as needed. Rotates stock, monitors pull dates and complies with health code.
6) Provides prompt and courteous member service. Maintains current product knowledge of bakery or deli items. Directs members to product and service locations in the warehouse.
7) Keeps wrapping area and sales area clean and clear of debris. Follows safety and security procedures.
8) Assists with other bakery or deli duties as needed.
9) Detail cleaning of entire bakery or deli (SSOP)
10) Assists with cake decorating duties as necessary.
11) Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.
