Accounting Technician, Bank Reconciliation

Keep books and maintain accounts for three fast-growing companies. To keep pace with our growth, you’ll need to stay on top of your game to verify, reconcile, allocate, and post all day-to-day transactions.
Oversee books and accounts for our US and Canadian entities.
Assist in quarterly and year-end audit preparations, including prepaids, accruals, deferred revenue, Fixed Assets (FA), Intercompany Transfer Pricing (TP), AP, and AR.
Compliance & Tax. Prepare and file monthly reports and payments for local authorities (VAT, Labor, and Corporate Tax) and assist with annual tax returns.
Reconciliations. Perform monthly billing and manage all bank and credit card reconciliations.
Generate daily/monthly sales reports, AR aging, and duty payable reports. Work closely with the Operations team to provide billing reconciliation support.

3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience including, accounts payable, accounting journal entries, accounts receivable, general ledger, inter-company accounts and reconciliations and multi-currency.

• Experience using accounting systems and platforms
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong organization skills, speed, accuracy, excellent customer service, and written communication skills.
