Key Account Manager Sales/E-Commerce

CAC Natural Foods Inc.

Trading industrial products since 1999, CAC's parent company founded CAC Naturals in 2015 to build an export business for Canada's most prestigious health supplement brand, Webber Naturals. As their exclusive distributor and strategic partner in China, we manage sales through a broad array of online and offline channels, including cross-border e-commerce platforms, direct sales, and a growing network of “experiential stores”.
We are looking for an experienced, result driven and customer-oriented Sales Manager who will be in charge for developing and implementing an effective sustainable sales strategy in the Eastern Canada.
Plan and implement CAC channel marketing plans in the Eastern Canada market to increase consumer purchase volume and frequency on both online and offline sales platforms.
Develop new Canada-China clients by identifying potential customers through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face introductions, and establishing a strong first impression.
Create content-rich presentations to showcase and convey messages to potential customers at client meetings, industry exhibitions, and trade shows.
Expand CAC's customer base by identifying new market segments.
Seek out sales opportunities and activities to achieve the company's sales quota.
Coordinate and negotiate contracts to align contract requirements with business operations to complete new business transactions.
5 years of cross-border channel marketing experience (online and offline); familiar with the cross-border channels between Canada and China, with deep experience in overseas purchasing and e-commerce.

  • Experience in the health supplements or health foods industry, with a background in the purchasing industry preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of the health supplements industry, including relevant regulations and market trends.
  • Experience working in mainland China, with established relationships with key e-commerce clients and major retail customers preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from a Canadian or Chinese university, preferably in Nutrition, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
