PURCHASING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Supply Chain Supervisor to support our Logistics team at our North York site.
This role is responsible for ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory levels, and aligning demand, production, procurement, and logistics activities. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving planning processes, and building a high-performing team that supports business growth. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who enjoys fast-paced logistics environments, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
Lead end-to-end supply planning activities to ensure consistent product availability
Maintain optimal inventory levels while achieving target service levels
Identify root causes of supply or inventory gaps and implement corrective actions
Partner closely with Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams
Communicate risks, constraints, and mitigation plans clearly to stakeholders
Track and improve key performance metrics (service levels, inventory turns, forecast alignment)
Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements, automation, and system optimization
Lead and develop a team, fostering accountability, ownership, and high performance

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or logistics operations
- Strong ERP/MRP system experience (Syspro 8 is an asset)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with planning tools
